But, I was going to the office and she also looked busy. for this reason, I had to compromise to a certain extent. I didn’t feel like it’s my fault though. and I followed my coworker’s advice and she also agreed with it. so I came to the office. and after two or three hours, someone who call himself as her brother called me and said, due to the lack of contract or documentaion, we have to meedt up again to solve this problem. and I refused it for sure. and he came up with a police issue regarding this matter. and I answer him that I don’t care about it.

After talking to some friends in my office, I found that I don’t need to worry about this matter. Based on the law regarding this situation, in the accident related with a car and a motocycle, motocycle can claim much more. and my coworkers would support me here. Now I feel relived. hope the driver and her friends do not try to disturb me.

Get back on track, Power bloggers or twitterians who could establish their own brand successfully have some features in common. First, they spend considerable time on research to post quality-guaranteed articles. and keep their eyes on hot potatoes in their world.  Second, diligent was their motto. Keeping their readers or fans updated, they tend to post new article every single day. Third, They know how to what their fans want. and try to focus on topics their readers would interested in. and they actually didn’t talk about theirs on the blogs.

Let’s think about myself. I used blogs for more than 4 years and my blog doesn’t deliver professional or high quality information. And doesn’t have regular visitors or readers. and I didn’t try to keep my blogs updated. I just left an article a month on average, and it was just related to my personal life which majority visitors would not be interested in. I wasn’t interested in other people’s interest. that’s a big problem. due to lack of my knowledge, I couldn’t post a professional article on my blog. Although I majored in Economics, Finance, My level is not so high that I could not give other people some new, bright economic ides.

One thing I could do better than other is analysis of social problem or system. but It takes me a lot of time to think. and I actually don’t think too much these days. Let’s say it’s because I was busy studying or working. but I realize that I am not so busy. it’s not because my business, but laziness.

And now I’m thinking it’s time to do something.

One of big concerns I have for the trip is my financial status, Since I have a plan to go to the US for my girlfriend and CPA Exams, I need to save some money so that I can buy a flight ticket myself. this plan needs tons of money, and I know I shouldn’t ask a lot of money from my parents who are still so struggling for money for their children and themselves. Nevertheless, I think I am going to ask them for some amount of money including more than $1000 of exam fees and extra pocket money. I can not ask them more of money, So I decided save money 6 months ago.

Now, I have about $1000 of saving from living cost from KOICA, and pay. and extra amount of money from my rent would add $500 to the fund. and I expect to saving extra $800 from living cost I supposed to use for first half year of 2010. So I can expect $2300 of my own funds before departure, as I planned. I am going to use $1450 for a flight ticket to NYC, and gonna have around $1000 for my pocket money. as you probably think, It is actually not enough for staying and travelling in the US for 2 weeks. Due to this reason, I have to ask my parents for extra pocket money.

I am gonna be 24 years old(26 years in Korean age) soon, It is shame of me to ask parents for pocket money. I feel so sorry for them having this bad son. I will try my best for my future in order to make them feel so proud of me. 현우야 힘내자!!!

Marketing isn’t something special knowledge or something. To sell products to the public, rational seller(or producer) would do something to sell their product. and the written knowledge of this procedure is so-called marketing knowledge. Many people might be confusing marketing with public relation(or even advertisement). and the concept of Marketing includes branding, PR(advertisement as well), Pricing. it’s a comprehensive package of knowledges. It was shame of me to know this concept this year.

As the proverb says ‘ Better late than never’, Although I started to think about marketing a little bit late, but I think I should keep my eyes on marketing filed, and try to keep myself updated with up-to-date marketing news. It will help my own study as well as my future business.

4 months later, I would be in the States. My plan was staying in Philadelphia for 7 days spending time on CPA Exams and go to NYC, Boston and Montreal. But My plan might gonna be changed. I may go to Montreal from Philadelphia and go to Boston and NYC. anyway, It doesn’t matter yet, now nothing has been confirmed.

There are a lot of gifted people in the world, and when I see them, I sometime feel frustrated with myself. I know I am not so ordinary and gifted enogh but Since I spent too long time to go to the University(taking one more year to prepare for the exam and one and half year to learn Chinese), I feel I am too late compared to other friends. that’s true, I am going to work one or two years later than my friends are. but I should know that the most important thing in our lives is not the speed we move at, but the direction we forward to. Althogh I take some time to graduate, I don’t need to feel frustrated. Because I found right direction already.

I decided to study in China 4 years ago. and It actually was very risky decision. Although many people knew China is growing up so fast, but they also had a bad idea about China. My grandmother’s concern was about Communist Country, Communist Party, Socialist which were prohibited to mention about in Korea for a long time. and majority of Korean thinks still think China is inferior to the States and even to South Korea. Many people whom I know were worried about my decision.

4 years passed, and after the global financial crisis which started from Wall St, the US couldn’t get back on track yet, and now Asian market, especially China, is leading global financial market. and during the G20 Summit in the States, China raised voice against the US and had a strong voting power as well during the meeting. It gives us the idea that China’s national pretige and status has been enhanced a lot.

Many of economists and analysts say GDP of China is going to be equal around 2050, and it already had a status of G2 in global politics and economics. and with its growth, I think I would have a lot of opportunities in the future. and Now I am relived that I chose to study in China. but I should not try solely live on China’s growth, I should try my best to enhance my talents.

It already passed more than a year since I arrived in Indonesia. and It’s Idul Adha again tomorrow. I still remember last year’s Idul Adha, I saw local people cut the lamb’s throat while it’s alive. It was kind of shocking experience to me.  I heard that Idul Adha is one of the most important days in Islamic culture. the rich buy some cow or lamb and share the meat with the poor on the day.

And I got some information about Idul Adha(probable it’s bahasa indonesia) on Wikipedia and it says it’s Eid al-adha in arabic, and it means Festival of Sacrifice. Muslims celebrate the day to commemorate the willingness of Ibraham to sacrifice his son to prove his obedience to God.

After coming to Indonesia, Since I don’t believe in their God, and I knew nothing about their stories. I couldn’t understand their ritual for the first time. but I find it is good opportunity for me to learn differences and Islamic culture. my experience in Indonesia definitely gonna help me to gain a new perspective toward different cultures.

To be a global citizen, I think I got to have willingness to understand differences and cultural barriers and open-minded attitude toward to them.
